I feel like I'm taking crazy pills here, I'm usually fairly web saavy...  I do not see any spot on our team page that I can add someone as a coachee... 

I also can't seem to find the work sheet portion which I saw in a video...  I thought perhaps it was because I was a free member, so I signed up for premium service, however the only changes I see are a little more customization, some statistical reporting, and editing who people are connected with...  I really like this site, I just am dying to use it to it's full potential with my crew!

I appreciate any help you may be able to offer!
