Here's the big idea:

• The admin creates a goal (similar to the one above)
• Sponsors, champions and other admins are invited as contributors
• He or she makes the goal public...
• ...then encourages people to ask questions in the update portion of the Social Goal
• Questions go on the feed...
• and the admin answers the questions for everyone to see

Why this is awesome:

• When someone asks a question, the rule of thumb is that 6 other people have the same question.  This way everyone gets the answer
• People don't have to go to an intranet or other source to learn about Rypple - it's right in Rypple
• It reminds people that Rypple is interactive and social
