Rypple is all about feedback! Rypple allows you to Give, Gather and request feedback.
Giving Feedback
Thanks: The first and most visible way to give feedback is by giving a Thanks. Thanks are shown in the company feed and can be given at anytime by anyone in Rypple. Thanks can be accompanied by badges which you can customize with your own images and unique hashtags. Give thanks from Rypple, your Rypple iPhone app, or straight from email. When you give a Thanks, it is recorded in that persons "Feedback on You" page.
Give Feedback: While Thanks are public by default, you can give anonymous, private feedback by going directly to a connections “Feedback on...” page and choosing Give Feedback. This allows you to give feedback directly to that connection. This feedback is anonymous and private, in that only you and the subject of the feedback will be able to view it.
Gathering Feedback
Peer Loops: Peer loops are designed to allow you to gather feedback on how you are doing or how a connection is doing. You can start a peer loop on yourself from your “Feedback on You” page and on a connection from their “Feedback on...” page.
Quick Question: Quick questions are a way to get fast private or anonymous feedback from anyone! You can ask a private question to one person or you can ask several people a question for anonymous feedback. Quick questions allow you to ask for feedback to people inside as well as outside of your Rypple connections. Quick questions can be given a custom URL that allows even non Rypple connections to respond.
